Discuss and present use cases of game elements and game design techniques to increase motivation on Agile teams.
Faced with an era where there are so many scenarios of games and social aspects that invade us every second, the term gamification has become part of many other contexts, including education.
This lecture will introduce game concepts and show some implementation cases of these concepts in Agile Projects, while pointing out some difficulties and success factors.
At the end, the idea is to present the results achieved so far and what is to come.
