How Scrum and Kanban complement each other for different business realities and time frames.
The focus of this session will be to show the advantages of Scrum acting as real Framework and not as a methodology.
I will also show how Scrum is easily adaptable to different business scenarios and how it is flexible to dissimilar companies.
This session is based on my own experience as Co-Founder of 2 startups that received angel investment and then were acquired by Grupo Abril.
I will demonstrate how Scrum can be complemented with Kanban and I will also share with you the different ways of organizing teams and their evolution over time:
- The Agile organization Agile when the company was a startup.
- The changes that occurred after it was acquired by a large company.
- My own experiences on implementing an Agile culture in a company that worked with the traditional model of project management.
