Intro:

Monika Wojtasińska-Felício helps teams to work better – through conscious management and meaningful changes. Passionate about people, change, and organizational development. Always focused on results over appearances. Loves learning and continuously strives for improvement. Dedicated to her work, wholeheartedly wanting to inspire others.

Monika is a Change Manager (by PROSCI®) and a practitioner of Management 3.0, MBTI® Step I & Step II, Extended DISC®, and The Coaching Game®.

She has 10 years of professional experience; mainly in business consulting on change implementation projects. She has been working in Poland on various change projects for Polish National Airlines, and National Railways as well as for companies like Orange, Sodexo or a bit less known in Portugal like COMARCH, Dalkia, Owens Illinois, Animex, etc.

Currently living and working in Portugal. Involved in a project called Teammatters which aims to help organisations implement modern agile and new people management solutions, so they can scale up faster and smoother. Working together with 7 Graus during the last 2 years she helped them become 16th(!) among the 100 best companies to work for in Portugal (Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar 2016, starting from 86th position in 2014).
