Intro:
Sofia Reis will be the main speaker sharing with all of us her knowledge and experience in creating and developing amazing and engaging workplaces through happiness, purpose, collaboration, accountability, and self-management/self-organization.
Sofia is passionate about people’s connections and always seeks new challenges to grow and develop herself and those around her. She loves to learn, and she has a strong need to understand how things work and why.
She also loves the Human brain and, in the last few years, she has developed a passion for knowing and understanding more about human behaviours and interactions.
She is currently with Mindera, a Web Software Development company, participating in a wonderful self-management structure; and also in a Project called LemonWorks: aiming to transform everyone’s relationship with work in a meaningful way.
Her interests are around: creating new solutions, building insightful conversations, planning for better outcomes, developing meaningful skills, and using creativity for change.
