Intro:
Marco António Silva is a Digital Advisor for Microsoft Consulting Services in Portugal. He has several years of experience with Agile methodologies from different projects and teams he worked on, both in Portugal and abroad. He graduated from Oporto Engineering University (FEUP) and lived and worked in Oporto, Lisbon, and London. He has been a Tech Lead / Scrum Master both in Portugal and London.
He’s a Techie for sure, but he’s also an enthusiast of processes, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Agile in general. In the past 9 years, he has only worked with Agile methodologies in all of his projects, using different approaches and learning not only from what he reads but also from what his teams have taught him. He worked in a wide range of industries and areas, from online interactive marketing to Telco, Entertainment, Media, BI, GIS, and many more.
After Marco’s talk and the networking break, we will run Open Space Technology sessions where the participants will create the agenda for themselves (aka, the marketplace), and let the collaboration do the rest!
