Intro:
Have you ever noticed how volunteers and club members usually contribute sweat and tears to their causes and organizations, always with a big smile on their faces? Have you ever belonged to such a team? Remember how you felt?
Ricardo Coelho in this talk will try to explore what’s so special about those environments and do a little brainstorm on how we can bring that kind of passion into our work, our teams, and even ourselves, while still earning a salary by the end of the month.
Ricardo is currently a Scrum Master at Sonae and is responsible for changing the agility mindset within technological teams.
